By accessing or using TeleBot Store (the "Service"), operated at https://store.telebotcreator.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
TeleBot Store is part of the TeleBot Creator platform (https://telebotcreator.com). A TeleBot Creator account is required to buy, install, or sell bots. Your use of TeleBot Creator is also governed by its own terms of service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service and that they have read and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
Your TeleBot Creator account credentials are used to access TeleBot Store. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
TeleBot Store uses a credit-based system. Credits are not legal tender, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
All sales are final once a bot clone has been delivered to your account. In cases of material misrepresentation by a seller, you may contact support to request a review.
By listing a bot, you represent that you are the original creator of the bot, or have the right to sublicense it, and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
You must not list bots that: collect user data without disclosure, send spam, contain malware or deceptive code, impersonate other bots or services, violate Telegram's Terms of Service, or facilitate illegal activity.
We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms without notice or refund of listing fees.
TeleBot Store deducts a 10% fee from each paid transaction. The remaining 90% is credited to the seller's account. This fee is subject to change with 30 days' notice published on this page.
When you purchase a bot, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use and modify your private clone for personal or commercial purposes. You may not re-sell the clone itself on TeleBot Store or elsewhere without being the original creator.
The TeleBot Store platform, name, and branding are owned by TeleBot Creator and may not be used without written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any purpose of bots listed by third-party creators. You use bots at your own risk and are responsible for configuring them safely within your Telegram environment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeleBot Creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the value of credits you transacted in the six months prior to the claim.
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We may also update these terms; continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TeleBot Creator operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
