TeleBot Store is operated by TeleBot Creator (https://telebotcreator.com). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the TeleBot Store marketplace at https://store.telebotcreator.com.

2. Information we collect

Account data

TeleBot Store uses the same account system as TeleBot Creator. When you register, we collect your email address and a password hash. You may optionally provide a username, display name, and bio.

Usage and transaction data

We record bot installs, purchases, ratings, reviews, and likes associated with your account. This data is used to operate the marketplace, display accurate install and rating counts, and provide you with a library of acquired bots.

Log and device data

Like most web services, our servers automatically record IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, referring URLs, and page access times. We retain these logs for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes.

Cookies

We use a single authentication cookie (shared with .telebotcreator.com) to keep you signed in across the platform. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

3. How we use your information

• To authenticate you and maintain your session
• To process bot installs and purchases and credit your account
• To display your public profile, bots, and ratings (if your profile is set to public)
• To send transactional notifications you have opted into
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and terms-of-service violations
• To improve the marketplace through aggregated, anonymised analytics

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.

4. Information visible to other users

If your profile is set to public, other users can see your username, display name, bio, listed bots, and follower counts. Reviews and ratings you submit are publicly visible alongside your username.

You can set your profile to private at any time from your account settings, which hides your profile page and removes you from creator listings.

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (typically up to 7 years for transaction records).

6. Security

Passwords are hashed using a strong algorithm before storage and are never stored in plaintext. All traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS. Access to production databases is restricted to authorised personnel.

No system is completely secure. If you discover a vulnerability, please report it responsibly via the contact channel below.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights under applicable privacy law including:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and associated personal data

8. Children's privacy

TeleBot Store is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
